The Beeches is located two miles south of Gatehouse of Fleet, on the Galloway coast. Girthon is a small hamlet a short drive from the A75.  The Beeches is at the edge of the group of houses, a short distance up a private track and close to woodland, and has open views across the neighbouring fields.
