Rates include bed linen and towels, electricity, heating and hot water and a starter bag of logs.

Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday.  Short breaks may be possible between October and April.  Please enquire.  Discounts may be available for extended stays.  Again, please enquire.

Entry is from 4pm on the day of arrival, until 10am on the day of departure.  A 30% deposit, in the form of a cheque made payable to Alice Henderson, is required to secure the booking.  The remaining balance is due one month prior to the booking.  Deposit and balance payments are non-refundable.   We also request that you send us a good housekeeping deposit in the form of a cheque for £100.  This amount will be returned to you after your departure, on leaving the property as found.

One well behaved dog can be accommodated by prior arrangement and by payment of a £20 supplement at the time of booking.

The Beeches has a NO-SMOKING policy in the house.
